We understand that every leader requires personalized guidance and support to achieve excellence. At MW Standards, we believe that effective leadership starts with empowering our school administrators to be the best they can be.
Our founder, Mr. Sheldon Neal, is a 47-year veteran in the public school system, having worked as a principal, teacher, and school administrator. His experience has taught him that getting hands-on and working in collaboration with the existing staff is the best way to provide support and coaching.
At MW Standards, we understand that leaders need someone they can trust and confide in as they navigate the complex demands of their role. That’s why we work closely with our clients, providing one-on-one coaching and support. We are there to help administrators do what they are already doing and to help them do it better.
Our coaching strategies are grounded in our founder’s belief that coaching is not about telling people what to do or being pompous. Instead, it’s about supporting, leading by example, and getting in the game with those you lead. We do the work alongside our clients, providing real-time support, feedback, and guidance.
